Plans for August 22nd-26th
Hi Parents,
We've had a good week and the children are doing so well!
Grandparents Day is slipping up on us and I wanted to explain
what it involves especially to those have not experienced it.
The Grandparents are invited for Sept. 9th to Willett Hall
and the children will sing a couple of songs for them. We
watch a short movie about a grandparent and have refreshments.
It last about an hour but is lots of fun. You will be receiving
information in the upcoming week but I just wanted you
to know a little about it.
Plans for the week:
Bible-The Creation Facts are due Friday.
Reading-This weeks story is Julius on pgs. 40-61.
Language-Continue learning about sentences
on pages 41-50.
Spelling-Lesson 2, more words with short vowels
on pages 24-29.
Math-Subraction strategies on pages 18-26.
Science-Needs of plants and animals on
pages 58-77.
Social Studies-Neighborhoods on pages 8-19.
Have a restful and blessed weekend
